Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in advertising, media, or marketing services.
• Strong skills in lead generation, client relationship building, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Ability to understand and explain digital, OOH, and data-driven marketing solutions to diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English; local language skills are an advantage.
• Comfort with using CRM tools, productivity software, and basic data analysis to manage pipelines and report performance.
• Proactive, target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in the Mumbai market and familiarity with brand and agency ecosystems will be highly beneficial.
