🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new corporate clients for permanent staffing and recruitment services.
• Drive new business development through prospecting, networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, and key decision-makers.
• Understand client hiring requirements and propose suitable recruitment solutions.
• Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate pricing, and close business deals.
• Achieve revenue targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Develop a strong sales pipeline and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure effective client delivery and long-term relationships.

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

• 2-4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales within recruitment, permanent staffing, or executive search.
• Proven experience in client acquisition and B2B sales.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment and staffing industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• A target-driven mindset with a proven ability to generate new business.
