Qualifications

• Individual with

  2-3 years of prior experiencewith

  management or digital consulting firms (mid to large firms)

  , or in technology services, is highly beneficial.
• Demonstrated skills in business development, sales, and client relationship management, with the ability to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
• Experience in consulting, digital transformation, or product solutions, preferably working with diverse industries and organizational sizes. Deep understanding of BFSI, especially the invesment and lending space will definitely be of advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions in a clear and compelling way.
• Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and use insights to inform strategy, pipeline management, and decision making.
• Proven collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders in fast-paced environments.

• Masters’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field

  ; a postgraduate degree or relevant certifications in consulting or sales is an advantage.
• Comfort with on-site work in Mumbai and willingness to travel locally or regionally for client meetings and events as needed.
