Business Development Manager - Synthetic Biology

• Build and maintain KOL Associations, prepare and provide presentations across High content screening and Imaging technology.
• GTM Tactics -co marketing /co selling /reselling with retention and expansion
• Driving growth through Partnership /Categories of Customers/Lines of Business.
• Analyse financial data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends, standard processes, and competitive landscape.

• Seek high and show Regional Managers the road map with visibility on channel approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for Daily Management of SFDC, Power BI, Excel and PPT.

Educational Qualifications & Experience:

• BE/Btech in Biotechnology, MSc in life sciences, preferably Ph.D.
• 7 + years of proven experience with strong understanding of Imaging capabilities.
• Preferably in Flow cytometry, High Content Imaging, Spectral Flow-cytometry, Cell Sorting and Flow Antibodies.
