Business Development Manager

Scope of work:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities across hospitals, clinics, doctors, and healthcare organizations.
• Build relationships with hospital management, healthcare professionals, marketing heads, and key decision-makers.
• Drive client acquisition for healthcare digital marketing services, including social media, SEO, Google Ads, website development, online reputation management, and patient acquisition campaigns.
• Lead client meetings, pitch presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations to convert prospects into long-term partnerships.
• Understand healthcare clients’ business objectives and recommend tailored digital strategies to improve online visibility, patient enquiries, and appointment conversions.
• Research healthcare market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to expand the agency’s client portfolio.
• Manage the complete business development cycle, from lead generation and follow-ups to deal closure and client onboarding.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow existing accounts, strengthen client relationships, and achieve revenue targets.
