Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities.

- Generate leads through various channels.

- Conduct client meetings and business discussions.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.

- Prepare proposals and quotations and follow up with prospects.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

- Handle negotiations and close business opportunities.

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales.

- Strong lead generation and client-handling skills.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

- Good presentation and relationship-building skills.

- Experience in marketing/digital marketing services will be an advantage.
