Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Lucknow. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including onboarding property developers, brokers, and other real estate partners to the Nextdeal platform. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, conducting market research, and developing strategies to grow user acquisition and transaction volume. The role involves preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating commercial terms, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing partner support. The Business Development Manager will also track performance metrics, provide regular reports, and contribute feedback to improve the platform’s offerings and go-to-market approach.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in real estate, proptech, or related industries.
• Strong skills in relationship building, stakeholder management, and negotiation, with the ability to close deals and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Competence in market research, lead generation, and pipeline management, with a data-driven approach to identifying growth opportunities.
• Ability to prepare and deliver clear, persuasive presentations and proposals, and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Comfort working with technology platforms and basic analytics tools; interest in AI-driven products and digital marketplaces is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Hindi, with strong written and verbal communication skills; familiarity with the Lucknow real estate market is highly beneficial.
