Job Description

Role Overview: As a key member of the India Sales and Business Development team at Qualcomm India Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in driving incremental sales and market share in the Mobile Tablet category. Your responsibilities will involve working closely with OEMs, online and offline channels, and enterprise customers, while collaborating with internal stakeholders across various departments such as product, engineering, marketing, finance, and operations. Your strategic thinking, knowledge of the ODM ecosystem, and ability to drive volume and brand preference for Qualcomm-based solutions will be essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Drive growth and technology adoption across direct and indirect sales channels. - Educate partners on Qualcomms product roadmap and feature differentiators. - Influence executive decision-making to increase adoption of Qualcomm-based products. - Collaborate with marketing to execute co-branding, PR, and joint marketing campaigns. - Develop and manage channel programs with clear KPIs and performance tracking. - Lead go-to-market strategies, partner enablement, and internal reporting. - Introduce new chipsets and products to expand Qualcomms footprint in the tablet segment. - Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, ODMs, and ecosystem partners. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in B2B and enterprise segments. - Maintain deep understanding of the mobile and tablet market landscape. - Leverage strong distribution experience (online, offline, LFR) to drive sales. - Represent Qualcomm in industry forums and strategic partner discussions. Qualifications Required: - Education: B.Tech/BE with MBA in Sales & Marketing. - Experience: 8+ years in sales and business development, preferably in high-tech or semiconductor industries. - Proven track record in managing distribution channels and strategic partnerships. - Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience working in matrix organizations and cross-functional teams.,
