Business Development Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly B2B sales and business development targets.
• Identify potential sports venues and acquire new business partners in Mumbai.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Ensure smooth onboarding of new partners and help venues start generating bookings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Lead and mentor 12 Business Development Executives and monitor their performance.
• Maintain sales pipelines, update Zoho CRM, and prepare regular performance reports.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Experience

   : 47 years in B2B Sales or Business Development.

2. Team Handling: Minimum 1 year of experience leading or mentoring a team.

3. Industry Preference

   : Sports, Fitness, SaaS, Marketplaces, Hospitality, or Real Estate.

4. Sales Skills

   : Strong experience in client acquisition, field sales, negotiations, and target achievement.
5. Location: Mumbai.

6. Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi is required; Marathi is an advantage.

7. Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Sheets, and Excel.
8. Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
9. Preferred Qualities: Strong communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
