Job Description

As a Business Development Manager at All Wave AV Systems, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and client acquisition in IT & AV distribution channels. Your responsibilities will include developing strategies to expand the client base, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and conducting market research to identify trends and customer needs in the Indian IT/AV landscape. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth in IT & AV distribution channels. - Identify new business opportunities through market research and industry analysis. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to expand the client base. - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. - Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to strengthen long-term relationships. - Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. - Develop tailored proposals and solutions aligned with client objectives and market demands. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services to clients. - Prepare sales contracts while ensuring compliance with legal and organizational guidelines. - Represent All Wave AV at industry events to promote products/services and build networks. - Stay updated on the latest technological advancements in IT & AV solutions. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science (CS), or related fields; MBA is also welcome. - Minimum 5 years of experience in IT hardware sales or a related field, with a focus on distribution channels. - Deep understanding of the Indian IT/AV market, key players, trends, and customer needs. - Ability to analyze and leverage the value chain of distributors to optimize sales strategies. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in the IT/AV sector. - Strong understanding of IT/AV products, distribution models, and market dynamics. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite. - Ability to manage complex projects and multitask effectively.
