Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead a team of 3 Business Development Officers (BDOs). The BDM will be responsible for achieving the division-level sales target of 15,75,000 through effective team management, strategic planning, and consistent follow-up. Responsibilities: Supervise and manage a team of 3 BDOs. Ensure each BDO achieves their individual sales targets. Monitor team performance and provide necessary training or support. Strategize and implement marketing and sales plans. Generate reports on sales performance and progress. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews. Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations. Maintain good relationships with customers and field partners. Key Responsibility Areas (KRA): KRA Description Team Management Lead, guide, and motivate 3 BDOs to meet the combined target of 15,75,000. Target Achievement Ensure team meets or exceeds monthly/quarterly sales targets. Performance Monitoring Track individual BDO performance and address gaps. Sales Strategy Execution Plan and implement regional sales initiatives. Reporting & Analysis Prepare and submit performance reports to upper management. Training & Development Provide ongoing training and skill development to the team. Customer Relationship Ensure excellent customer experience and retention.
