Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager in Hardware Sales, based in Bangalore i, India. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing and nurturing existing client relationships, understanding market trends, and driving sales growth. The role involves regular interaction with customers, understanding their requirements, and providing suitable solutions, as well as collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Strong relationship-building and client management skills
• Expertise in analyzing market trends and sales strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Experience in the hardware or construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Two/four wheeler is mandatory.
• Having good exposure in Hardware sales product.
