Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in digital marketing, advertising, or related services.
• Strong skills in lead generation, client relationship building, and consultative selling for B2B and B2C brands.
• Ability to understand and articulate digital services such as social media management, SEO, PPC, web development, and branding to clients.
• Competence in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and business presentations, with clear and persuasive communication skills.
• Experience in pipeline management, forecasting, and using CRM or sales tools to track opportunities and outcomes.
• Excellent negotiation, networking, and stakeholder management abilities, with a focus on long-term partnerships.
• Analytical mindset for interpreting campaign performance, market trends, and client feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Comfort working in an on-site, collaborative environment in Indore, with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Prior experience in an agency or consulting environment and familiarity with LinkedIn-based business development are desirable.
