Job Profile Position Manager/ Sr. Manager Department Location No. of direct/Indirect reportee Business Development Ahmedabad NA Key Responsibilities To identify potential customers for targeted market growth activities, generating leads through various channels such as internet, pharmaceutical exhibitions, business meetings and websites of skilled network. Identifying and prioritizing prospective customers from a pool of leads provided from different sources. Consider customers' needs, schedule customer meetings and follow-up with prospective customers to tailor their company proposals. Develop and maintain company operating dashboards / metrics to measure and manage performance. Building and maintaining customer relations by working together with management and team leaders to identify business growth and marketing strategies. ¢ Negotiations with clients on Business Processes, Proposals, Confidentiality Agreement and Master Service Agreement and arrangements for the Client's Execution. ¢ Representing COD Research Pvt. Ltd. at international and national conferences and proving its services in person to prospective clients. Meet clients at their offices individually to stay up-to - date on the pipeline requirements that are coming. ¢ Preparing and updating Request for Proposals (RFP), structured and reliable budget maps to support client's research plan (phase I-IV & Patient based PK studies) and other stand-alone services (Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Data management, Medical & Scientific writing, Regulatory affairs, Project Management & Advance bio-state) for Current and New Clients. Develop and Monitor key performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance. ¢ Responsible for collecting payments and following up with customers according to the agreed milestones and maintaining accounts for the same on project-to-project basis. ¢ Effective execution of all planned marketing activities coordinated with the management and team. ¢ Trends in the research industry and strategic insights through the internet and newsletters and through regular mailers inform the company and management teams. Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI in business initiatives and investments. Qualifications & experience required ¢ Experience with lead generation and prospect management ¢ Must have good negotiation skills ¢ Must be detail oriented and an active listener ¢ Excellence verbal and written communication: the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers ¢ Should have experience in a clinical research domain (especially early to late phase clinical research) ¢ Persuasive and goal-oriented HR-PLC-001-03-T04-01 Proprietary and Confidential Document Page 1 of 2
