• Familiarity with diagnostic or pathology services, healthcare workflows, or medical laboratory operations is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Demonstrated experience in sales, key account management, or business development, preferably in healthcare or diagnostics.
• Comfort with using CRM tools, MS Office applications, and reporting systems to track activities and performance.
• Strong organizational and planning skills, with a results-focused and ethical approach to business growth.
