Role Description
The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with educators, coaching institutes, and content creators, including prospecting, cold outreach, and relationship building. The Business Development Manager will conduct product demos, negotiate proposals and contracts, and work closely with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs. Daily activities include maintaining a sales pipeline, tracking key metrics, preparing reports, and providing feedback to product and marketing teams to improve offerings. The person in this role will collaborate with leadership to develop growth strategies, participate in local events or networking opportunities, and ensure a high standard of customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

Candidates should possess strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.

Experience in EdTech, education services, or SaaS solutions, especially working with educators or coaching institutes, is an advantage.

Ability to work on-site in Patna, manage multiple priorities, and meet revenue and growth targets.

Proficiency with CRM tools, productivity software, and professional written and spoken English; familiarity with local languages is a plus.
