Job Description

You will be responsible for generating leads by visiting prospective clients, which includes meeting real estate agents, leasing managers, property consultants, and corporate admins to generate business leads. Additionally, you will visit building managers and facility managers to understand the upcoming business in the property. You will also be required to submit proposals and quotes to clients and maintain a database of clients for regular follow-ups and records. - Proven experience in sales or business development role - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Strong networking abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Please note that this is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and performance bonus. The work location will be in person.,
