• Candidates should possess market research and analytical skills to identify opportunities, understand industry trends, and support data-driven decisions.
• Candidates should possess communication and presentation skills, including the ability to craft compelling pitches and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess planning and organizational skills to manage multiple deals, prioritize tasks, and meet revenue and growth targets.
• Experience in online platforms, auctions, fintech, or related industries is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred; an advanced degree is an advantage.
• Comfort with CRM tools and basic proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity software is expected.
• Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai, collaborate across teams, and adapt to a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
