Job Description:

We are seeking Business Development Manager (BDM) with 1 - 7 yrs experience in generating leads and converting clients via the fresh Upwork profile. Excellent communication for client handling is MUST. Strong understanding of project bidding, negotiation, and closing techniques

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork daily.
• Write customized and persuasive proposals tailored to client needs.
• Generate qualified leads and convert them into active clients.
• Maintain a strong Upwork profile and consistent communication with prospects.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for accurate scope and pricing.
• Meet monthly targets for lead generation and project acquisition.
• Understanding of Upwork algorithms and proposal visibility strategies.
