Position Overview We are looking for a dynamic and well-groomed Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in Fashion background . The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills in English and a polished professional demeanor to effectively represent the Home brand to high-end clients. Key Responsibilities Identify and target new business opportunities within the luxury interior and home décor market Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, and HNI clients Drive showroom walk-ins, B2B, and B2C sales Develop and execute business development strategies to increase revenue and brand visibility Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align business goals Attend high-profile events and expos to represent the brand Requirements Proven experience in luxury home furniture or premium interior design industry (mandatory) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluency in English required) Presentable and well-groomed professional appearance Strong network within the luxury interior or real estate sector is a plus Ability to meet sales targets and work independently Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
