Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive / Manager- FMCG SECTOR Location: Sector 65, Noida, Uttar Pradesh Experience: 2–6 years (Executive: 2–3 yrs | Manager: 3–6 yrs) Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹60,000/month (Based on role & experience) Job Type: Full-time | On-site Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard new B2B clients across food and FMCG sectors Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, R&D teams, and procurement heads Meet and exceed sales targets and market expansion goals Generate leads via cold calls, networking, and referrals Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, marketing, logistics) to deliver client-focused solutions Provide client feedback for product improvement and innovation Prepare weekly/monthly reports and maintain CRM systems Requirements: BDE: 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales BDM: 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in ingredients, FMCG, or food tech Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to manage long sales cycles and close high-value deals Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Bachelor's degree in Business, Food Technology, or related field.
