We are expanding into our next phase of growth and are hiring an experienced, results-driven Business Development Manager to own the full sales cycle and drive new revenue across our products and services.

The Role

This is a senior, full-cycle, individual-contributor sales role. You will own everything from finding and qualifying new customers, through outreach, discovery, and product demonstrations, to proposals and closing. You will be responsible for both generating your own pipeline through outbound prospecting and converting inbound leads. This is a true hunter role, not an order-taker or inbound-only position. You will carry a monthly target and be measured on the revenue you close.

You will sell two things: our suite of AI-powered SaaS products (across HR technology, education technology, and BPO automation), and our custom AI and enterprise software development services. You will be selling primarily to customers in the United States, so deep familiarity with the US market and US business buyers is essential.

• Own the full sales cycle end to end: prospecting, outreach, qualification, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing.

• Generate your own pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting: identifying target customers, running LinkedIn outreach, and executing email outreach campaigns at volume.

• Manage and convert inbound leads provided to you, alongside the pipeline you build yourself.

• Deliver compelling product demonstrations of our SaaS platforms and articulate the value of our custom AI and software services to enterprise buyers.

• Build and present tailored proposals that map our products and services to each prospect's needs.

• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and pipeline metrics.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date pipeline and activity records in the CRM.

• Hand off closed accounts cleanly to the account management team for onboarding and ongoing relationship management.

• Stay current on our evolving product suite and on the AI and enterprise software landscape, so you can sell credibly to technical and business buyers.

What You Bring

• 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, strongly preferred, in a full-cycle closing role.

• A demonstrated track record of selling SaaS products and/or enterprise software or technology services, with consistent quota attainment you can speak to specifically.

• Direct experience selling to customers in the United States, with a strong understanding of US business buyers and how they buy.

• Native or near-native spoken and written English, with clear, professional, confident communication. You will be the first voice our US and international clients hear.

• Proven ability to generate your own pipeline through outbound prospecting on LinkedIn and email, without relying on inbound leads.

• Confidence and skill in delivering live product demos and translating technical capabilities into business value.

• Strong proposal-writing and negotiation skills.

• Comfort and reliability working a fixed night shift aligned to US business hours, with the discipline to self-manage toward monthly targets.

• Hands-on CRM experience and disciplined pipeline hygiene.

• Experience selling AI or automation products specifically.

• Experience selling into HR technology, education technology, or the BPO sector.

• An existing network of buyers in the US market.

• Experience selling to European or other international English-speaking markets.

Working Hours & Location

This is a full-time, onsite role based at our office in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. The role follows a fixed US shift of 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, Monday to Friday, aligned with US Eastern business hours, as the US is our primary market. Candidates must be able to commute to the office and commit to these hours consistently.

We offer a fixed CTC of INR 7 – 10 LPA, depending on experience, plus performance-based incentives for the revenue you close. The structure rewards strong closers and is designed to attract and retain high-performing sales professionals. Further details will be discussed during the interview process.
