Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in business development, sales strategy, and account management, including experience managing end-to-end deal cycles.
• Candidates should possess skills in stakeholder engagement, relationship building, and client communication, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Candidates should possess skills in market research, opportunity analysis, and pipeline management, using data to prioritize prospects and forecast revenue.
• Candidates should possess skills in negotiation, proposal development, and contract management, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and long-term partnerships.
• Candidates should possess skills in collaborating with engineering and product teams to translate client requirements into feasible digital and AI-led solutions.
• Relevant experience in B2B technology, SaaS, digital transformation, or AI solutions sales is highly beneficial.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfort with presenting to senior stakeholders, and proficiency with CRM and productivity tools are required.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
