Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
• Proven experience in business development or sales management

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
• Strategic thinking with an analytical approach
• Ability to build and maintain high-level client relationships

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement growth strategies to drive business objectives
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
• Build and lead a high-performing business development team, setting clear goals and providing guidance
• Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients, ensuring high client satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create solutions that meet client needs
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients
• Track market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy
• Prepare regular performance reports, analyzing KPIs and providing actionable insights
