Business Development Leader (Staffing)

As a Business Development Manager in domestic IT staffing at Recrivio, you will play a crucial role in connecting top-tier IT talent with forward-thinking organizations in India. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT staffing business development, particularly in the Indian market, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and winning new staffing accounts, including contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent roles. Your success in building and nurturing relationships with CXOs and decision-makers will directly impact repeat business and revenue growth. Collaboration with recruitment teams to ensure seamless delivery against client expectations will be key, along with achieving and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets. Managing a strong sales pipeline through CRM tools, leading rate negotiations, contract discussions, and proposal submissions are also part of your responsibilities. Keeping track of market trends, competition insights, and emerging client needs in the Indian IT staffing space will further contribute to your success in this role. To excel in this position, you should possess a strong network with HR, procurement, and hiring managers across the IT sector, along with a proven ability to close deals and achieve aggressive revenue targets.
