As a Business Development Intern at Kankarbagh, Patna, you will have the opportunity to work as an SDR Intern, where you will play a crucial role in generating and nurturing qualified leads. Your main responsibilities will include: - Conducting cold-calling and outbound prospecting to generate and nurture qualified leads. - Qualifying inbound leads through initial conversations and scheduling meetings for Account Executives. - Maintaining, updating, and tracking CRM data to ensure accuracy of leads, opportunities, and sales activities. - Collaborating closely with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with ongoing campaigns and messaging strategies. - Achieving and exceeding assigned monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and meeting setups. - Researching target accounts, industries, and decision-makers to personalize outreach and improve conversion. - Providing timely follow-ups and maintaining consistent communication with prospects to build strong relationships. - Sharing feedback and insights from prospects with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies. - Supporting the sales team in pipeline building, campaign execution, and reporting activities. As a Business Development Intern, you will be part of a dynamic team that values communication, sales, outreach, building strong relationships, campaigns, and building. This 6-month internship offers a stipend of 10000/Month, with the possibility of full-time conversion for top performers. Please note that this is a paid internship.
