Role & responsibilities

  • Client Outreach (Primary Role):

    Actively research and reach out to new Hospitals, Nursing Homes, and Medical Colleges via

    Phone Calls, Emails, and LinkedIn

    .
  • Lead Generation:

    Identify potential clients who need doctors or medical staff and introduce them to our placement services.
  • Database Management:

    Build and maintain a clean database of decision-makers (HR Managers, Medical Directors, and Hospital Owners).
  • Follow-Ups:

    Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients to convert leads into active requirements.
  • Market Research:

    Keep an eye on new hospital openings, expansions, and medical institutes in your assigned region.
  • Coordination:

    Assist the senior team in scheduling meetings and drafting proposals for interested clients.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Communication Skills:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Hindi/Regional language is a plus).
  • Personality:

  • Confident:

    Comfortable speaking to senior authorities and doctors.
  • Resilient:

    Ability to handle rejection and keep trying (Sales mindset).
  • Self-Starter:

    Someone who can work without constant supervision.
  • Tech Savvy:

    Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Social Media platforms (LinkedIn).
