Business Development

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Marketing Executive to develop partnership tie-ups with Preschools, Pediatricians, Hospitals, Clinics, and other child-related service providers to generate referrals for our Child Development Centre. The role requires strong communication skills, networking ability, and an understanding of the Bangalore geography and local market.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit and build partnerships with Preschools, Pediatricians, Hospitals, and Clinics across Bangalore.
• Create awareness about our Child Development Centre’s services and explain referral benefits.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and regularly follow up for referrals.
• Identify new partnership opportunities in assigned zones of Bangalore.
• Represent the centre professionally during meetings, events, and outreach activities.
• Maintain daily reports of visits, leads generated, and conversions.
• Support internal marketing activities and promotional campaigns as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2-wheeler (Must) with valid driving license.
• Strong knowledge of Bangalore local areas.
• Ability to speak Kannada (mandatory) and good command over English.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with fieldwork.

Experience

• 0–3years of experience in field marketing, business development, hospital/clinic tie-ups, preschool outreach, or similar roles. (Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.)
