As a Business Development Executive / Sr. Business Development Executive for the Maritime Advisory Group at Royal HaskoningDHV, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Maritime team based in Mumbai in their business development activities. Your responsibilities will involve various tasks including proposal management, internal operations, business processes, and supporting marketing activities. Here is an overview of the main tasks you will be involved in: **Proposals:** - Identify leads and opportunities in the maritime sector for both public and private sectors through various channels. - Manage the preparation of Prequalification Questionnaires, Expressions of Interest, and Vendor/Supplier Questionnaires. - Assist in the preparation, coordination, and submission of proposals by integrating necessary information and ensuring timely submission. - Maintain a pipeline list of leads and proposals, follow up with clients, and drive the evaluation process of proposals. **Internal Operations/Business Processes:** - Support the development and improvement of tools and resources for maritime business development and proposal activities. - Contribute to the overall development of the Maritime bidding capability by sharing best-practice bidding knowledge. - Support the Global Maritime Business Development Team with pipeline management and the use of various data tools. **Business Development/Prequalification Questionnaires/Expressions of Interest, etc.:** - Prepare presentations to attract new business and support marketing activities for Maritime India AG. - Provide support in maintaining project sheets, capability statements, and identifying speaker opportunities. **Requirements:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales & Marketing/Communications. - 2-3 years of working experience in Business Development. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Powerpoint. - Excellent communication skills in English. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet strict deadlines, and work independently.
