Fintrospect is a corporate financial advisory firm focused on providing funding and credit advisory solutions to SMEs and corporates. We assist businesses with debt syndication, working capital finance, project finance and credit rating advisory, helping them navigate their financing requirements through coordination with banks, financial institutions and credit rating agencies. Our approach is built on understanding each client's business, financial needs and growth objectives to identify suitable financing opportunities and support informed financial decisions. At Fintrospect, we aim to build long-term client relationships through a professional, transparent and solution-oriented approach.

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to support our business growth by identifying prospective corporate clients, establishing relationships with promoters and finance professionals, and generating qualified business opportunities. The candidate will work closely with the Founder and gain exposure to corporate finance, business lending and credit advisory.

Key Responsibilities

▪ Develop and maintain relationships with promoters, corporate finance teams, banks, rating agencies and NBFCs.

▪ Connect with business owners and understand their current or upcoming funding and credit-rating requirements.

▪ Develop and maintain professional relationships with promoters and corporate finance teams. ▪ Coordinate for timely processing and closure of cases

▪ Generate leads through references, networking, and market outreach activities

▪ Follow up with existing and prospective clients to maintain business relationships

▪ Explain credit rating processes and financial products to clients professionally

▪ Maintain records of client interactions, leads, and business updates

Eligibility Criteria

▪ Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Marketing, or related specialization

▪ Experience of 6 months to 2 years in Banking, Financial Services, Sales, Loan Advisory, or Relationship Management preferred

▪ Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills may also be considered

Required Skills

▪ Good communication and presentation skills

▪ Strong client handling and relationship-building abilities

▪ Basic understanding of credit rating and company financials.

▪ Basic knowledge of financial banking products, loans, and financial services is a plus.

▪ Confident, target-oriented, and proactive approach and ability to work independently.

▪ Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
