Business Development - Executive/Sr. Executive

**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing business development initiatives throughout the entire process, from the opportunity lead phase to the contract phase. Your role will involve running the end-to-end pitch process, which includes assessing initial opportunities, collaborating with key internal stakeholders on pitch deliverables, interfacing with prospective clients, and creating written RFP responses. Additionally, you will need to understand client business goals and strategic imperatives to help the pitch team develop strategic deliverables that align with the client's needs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Maintain relationships in the new business pipeline with intermediaries and prospective agencies. - Expand contacts with key client executives and foster strong post-engagement relationships, introducing new opportunities accordingly. - Demonstrate strong presentation, verbal, and written skills, with a proven ability to develop well-written documents and presentations. - Participate in the strategic development of new business opportunities. **Qualification Required:** - MBA (Marketing) with a preferred B.Tech (Computer Science) degree. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development of Web and Digital services. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Social network savvy with a good knowledge of Web Design, Web Application Development & Customized Development, Digital Marketing, etc. - Ability to manage and mentor effectively.,
