Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) Company Name: Technoarray Web Solutions Location: Panchkula (on-site) Experience Required: 1-2 Years Job Type: Full-Time Shift: Day- Shift Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a deep understanding of IT technologies, and a proven track record in client interaction and business development. The BDE will play a key role in expanding Technoarray Web Solutions' client base, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Roles and Responsibilities:- Bidding Platforms: Experience working with online bidding platforms (e.g., Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.). Profile Optimization: Setting up and optimizing your profile on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Linkedin or Fiverr to attract the right clients. Your profile should highlight your company's expertise and previous successful projects. Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively, ensuring client satisfaction. Client Interaction: Proven experience in handling client calls and maintaining client relationships. Conduct client calls and meetings to understand their needs and propose appropriate solutions. Email Marketing: Hands-on experience with email marketing tools and strategies. Track and analyze email marketing performance and adjust strategies accordingly. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Cross-Functional Collaboration:- Work closely with technical teams (e.g., developers, designers) to ensure the proposed solutions align with the capabilities of our IT services and technologies. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Target Achievement : Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual business development targets. Reporting: Regularly report on key performance metrics such as lead generation& proposal success rates. Experience Requirement: Prior experience working with these technologies (Python, PHP, Full Stack, React, CMS, and CRM etc.) is mandatory.
