Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive at our company, your primary role will be to contribute to the growth of the organization. You will be responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging existing clients to explore additional products or features, and staying updated on changes in consumption trends. Your duties will also include capacity building in staff through training and mentorship. To excel in this role, you must engage with prospects, clients, and networking events to attract and retain clientele successfully. Your ultimate goal will be to monitor clients" feedback closely to ensure that our products and services consistently surpass expectations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by the company. - Procure new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department. - Attend networking activities to research and connect with potential clients. - Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to secure their retention. - Recommend upgrades or additional products/services that may interest clients. - Create business proposals and contracts to increase revenue from clients. - Negotiate with clients to establish favorable terms. - Provide staff with the necessary technical and social skills to boost sales. - Review client feedback and implement required changes. - Stay updated on consumption trends to ensure the relevance of our offerings. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor/Master Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar field. - Extensive sales experience. - Strong leadership, delegation, and capacity development skills. - Highly organized and goal-oriented. - Intuitive and insightful, especially concerning human behavior. - Ability to identify pain points and suggest appropriate products/services to generate revenue. - Professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Resourceful individual with exceptional research skills. - Comfortable with challenges and networking. - Proficient in IT skills, including social media.
