Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities through effective communication with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Build strong relationships with existing customers to increase repeat sales and referrals. Identify potential markets for growth within the assigned territory and develop strategies to penetrate them. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to drive sales initiatives and improve overall performance. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy. Desired Candidate Profile 1 year of experience in BDE/BDM role or equivalent field sales background. Strong knowledge of e-commerce industry trends and platforms (Shopify). Excellent communication skills for building rapport with clients at all levels. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
