Business Development Executive

in or around

Mangalore

who thrives on building relationships, converting leads, and driving business growth.

Role Overview:

As a Business Development Executive, youll play a key role in acquiring new clients through cold calling, lead follow-ups, and consultative selling. A background in digital marketing or a strong understanding of digital services will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively
cold call potential clients
and pitch Stakques digital marketing services.
Follow up on inbound leads, understand client requirements, and
convert them into long-term customers
.
Build and maintain a strong
sales pipeline
through consistent communication and relationship-building.
Prepare and deliver client-specific presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Collaborate with the internal digital team to align service offerings with client needs.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications using CRM tools.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience
in business development or sales, preferably in a digital marketing or tech-driven company.
Proven experience with
cold calling
and
lead follow-up to conversion
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand and confidently speak about digital services like SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and web development.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-based environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in a
digital marketing agency
is a big plus.
Familiarity with CRMs and productivity tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Google Workspace).
Fluent in English, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi [ regional languages like Tulu, Konkani and beary]
