Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with hands-on experience in temp staffing, staff augmentation, or contract staffing. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is passionate about building and scaling a staffing startup vertical from the ground up.As a core member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving revenue, acquiring new clients, and strengthening our foothold in the staffing ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Client Acquisition:
• Identify, generate, and qualify leads for temp staffing and staff augmentation services.
• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients across industries.
• Build a strong pipeline of prospects through cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Drive end-to-end business developmentfrom prospecting to closure.Client Relationship Management:
• Build, nurture, and manage long-term client relationships. • Understand client staffing needs and provide tailored workforce solutions. • Act as the primary point of contact for all client communication and escalation.Strategic Contribution:
• Assist in developing pricing models, proposals, and business pitches. • Contribute to market expansion strategies and vertical growth planning. • Work closely with leadership to design scalable business processes for the staffing division.Collaboration:
• Partner with the recruitment team to ensure timely and efficient candidate delivery. • Align client expectations with delivery capabilities. • Share market insights, competitor information, and customer feedback to improve service offerings.Mandatory Skillset & Desired Candidate Profile
• 24 years of experience in temp staffing, staff augmentation, or manpower outsourcing.
• Proven track record in client acquisition, business development, and revenue generation.
• Strong understanding of contractual staffing models, billing processes, and compliance basics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a startup-like culture.
• Ability to take ownership and contribute meaningfully to building a new business vertical.What We Offer:
