Business Development Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Lead to drive growth initiatives, expand our market presence, and foster strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales or business development, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities. Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach are essential to thrive in this fast-paced role. The candidate should also demonstrate leadership potential, a deep understanding of market trends, and the ability to build long-term client relationships. Responsibilities: Conduct proactive cold calling to identify new business opportunities in the design sector. Engage with potential clients to understand their design needs and present appropriate solutions. Should have experience in engineering services. Build and maintain a pipeline of leads while effectively managing follow-up communications. Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior designers to further discuss project opportunities. Develop and refine pitch materials to effectively communicate our design offerings. Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach strategies with ongoing campaigns. Monitor industry trends and competition to identify areas for potential growth and innovation. Requirements Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a focus on cold calling. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet targets and deadlines. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals. Understanding of design principles and the ability to effectively communicate design concepts. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools for managing leads and tracking communication. A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection in a competitive business environment. Location: Permanent full-time role based at Guindy Corporate office Monday to Friday.
