Graphonet Limited is expanding its advertising operations and is looking for an experienced Business Development Executive / Sales Executive for the POSM and signage segment. The role focuses on client acquisition, revenue growth, and strengthening our market presence in Kolkata.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business for POSM and signage solutions
• Develop and manage relationships with brands, agencies, and retailers
• Conduct client meetings and present customized solutions
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on leads
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution
• Achieve assigned sales targets and report performance

Candidate Requirements:

• 3–5 years of proven experience in sales or business development
• Prior exposure to POSM, signage, or advertising industry is mandatory
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven and target-oriented approach

Compensation:

• Monthly salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 (depending on experience)
