As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at our leading Digital Marketing company, your role will be crucial in driving sales, acquiring new clients, and building a strong sales team to achieve business growth. Here's what will be expected from you: - Identify and develop new business opportunities for Digital Marketing Services such as Website Development, SEO, SMO, SMM, and Google Ads. - Conduct field visits, client meetings, and presentations to convert potential leads into long-term clients. - Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and customer satisfaction. - Develop and implement sales strategies and business plans to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets. - Generate leads through various channels including networking, references, field sales, and digital platforms. - Work closely with the marketing and operations team to deliver tailored solutions to clients. - Recruit, train, and manage a sales team to achieve overall business targets. - Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management. - Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and competitor activities. In order to excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration/Marketing/IT or equivalent (MBA preferred). - 2+ years of proven experience in Business Development / Sales in the Digital Marketing, IT, or Advertising industry. - Strong understanding of Digital Marketing services including SEO, SMM, Google Ads, Web Development, and Branding. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to generate leads and close deals independently. - Strong leadership qualities with experience in building and managing a sales team. - Willingness to travel for field meetings and client acquisition. - Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven personality.
