Business Development Executive (On-Site)

MediaOfficers is hiring a motivated and confident Business Development Executive who can help us bring more clients for our digital marketing, SEO, social media, and website development services.
This role offers fixed salary + performance-based commission, making it a perfect opportunity for someone who wants to grow fast and earn more.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, social media, networking, and local outreach.
• Understand client needs and explain MediaOfficers services clearly.
• Arrange and attend meetings (offline & online).
• Convert leads into paying clients (closing skills preferred).
• Maintain follow-ups, CRM, and daily reporting.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Requirements

• Good communication & convincing skills.
• Sales experience preferred (freshers with confidence also welcome).
• Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, Websites) — training will be provided.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined.
• Must work on-site in Ropar.
