Preferred Locations: Uttar Pradesh Qualifications: - Graduate (any stream), Fresher, or 12 years of experience in Sales. - Relevant certifications in sales, marketing, or strategic management will be an add-on. Experience: - Ability to set up lead generation teams and structure a proper sales funnel. - Exceptional candidates without prior experience will also be considered. Skills: - Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and beyond. - Relationship Management: Ability to leverage existing networks and establish new corporate relationships. - Responsible, dedicated, and open to working under leadership. - Ready to work in a team and take directions from the manager. - Proficiency in Hindi and English for effective customer engagement.
