Business Development Executive – Medical Billing

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in the Medical Billing / RCM (US Healthcare) domain. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to company growth.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads in the US Healthcare/Medical Billing industry.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Pitch services, prepare proposals, and close deals.
• Meet sales targets and business growth objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Prior experience in Business Development / Sales (Healthcare BPO / Medical Billing preferred).
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
• Must be willing to work in the US Night Shift.
