Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and current expertise.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and other channels.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and present appropriate solutions or services.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align business development efforts.
  • Prepare and present business proposals and presentations to clients.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
