About the Role
We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Business Development Executive with strong communication and convincing skills to handle leads and convert prospects into clients. Candidates from legal, licensing, compliance, business registration, or other sales industries are welcome.
Key Responsibilities
· Handle and convert leads into clients.
· Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
· Follow up with prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
· Build strong client relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
· Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
· Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service execution.
Required Skills
· 1–5 years of experience in Sales/Business Development.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong convincing, negotiation, and conversion abilities.
· Experience in handling hot leads is an advantage.
· Knowledge of Company Registration, ROC Compliance, FSSAI, Trademark, Licensing, or related services is a plus, but candidates from other sales backgrounds are also welcome.
