Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, online research, etc.)
  • Understand client needs and effectively present tailored ERP solutions to potential customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospects.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and after-sales support.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and quotations.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the technical and implementation teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay up to date with ERP trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Work Location: In person
