Business Development Executive (kannada speaking)

· Experience: Previous experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or customer support is a plus.

· Communication: Strong verbal communication skills in KANNADA

· Computer Proficiency: Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

· Personality: Confident, self-motivated, and customer-oriented.

· Team Player: Ability to work in a team and contribute to overall goals

· Inbound Calls: Make calls to potential customers or clients to inform them about products, services, or offers.

· Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales opportunities and pass leads to the sales team for follow-up.

· Sales Pitch: Provide clear information about the company's products or services and convince customers to purchase.

· Documentation: Maintain accurate records of interactions, feedback, and follow-ups in the company database or CRM system.

· Target Achievement: Work towards achieving or exceeding daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
