About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Meet 12-15 clients per week in your assigned region, primarily industrial clients like OEMs, water treatment firms, and factories 2. Build and follow up on a pipeline of 10-20 qualified leads per month 3. Close 3-5 orders per month by solving real client problems 4. Coordinate dispatch, payments, and documentation 5. Report work through ERPNext CRM and Slack 6. Stay in sync with internal teams as the face of the company in your area Requirements: 1. Use ERPNext to manage leads, quotations, and sales orders 2. Understand sales funnels and the B2B buying process 3. Write quotations and apply basic commercial math 4. Report data using Excel, Google Sheets, and Slack 5. Apply product-market fit thinking to identify what works and what doesn't 6. Demonstrate hunger to learn and grow rapidly 7. Take ownership and work independently 8. Communicate professionally, especially in follow-ups and written interactions 9. Respect time management for yourself and others 10. Practice patience and consistency as sales is a long-term game 11. Hold a diploma or BSc in science (flexible if you're a fast learner) 12. Show willingness to travel 4 days per week and cold call 2 days per week 13. Feel comfortable using basic tech tools with training provided 14. Communicate fluently in English and the local language 15.
