Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) with a strong technical background and exceptional communication skills to join our team in Dewas. This role involves interacting with International clients, understanding their technical requirements, and managing business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with international clients via email, calls, and virtual meetings.
• Understand client requirements with strong technical comprehension.
• Present and pitch our services to potential clients with confidence and clarity.
• Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and convert them into clients.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain organized documentation.
• Research new markets and develop strategic plans for business expansion.

Key Requirements:

• Must be a Dewas-localite or currently residing in Dewas.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong technical knowledge – ability to understand and explain software/IT solutions.
• Must have a B.Tech background (any specialization).
• Proactive, multitasking, and quick-learning attitude.
• Familiarity with IT/software industry trends will be a plus.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Knowledge of CRM tools or lead-generation platforms.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing or software sales cycle.
• Previous internship or freelance experience in client handling or tech sales.
