The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and supporting the companys growth strategies. The role involves generating leads, pitching services or products, and negotiating business deals to achieve sales targets.
Identify potential clients and generate new business leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Present and promote the companys products or services to customers.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance brand visibility.
Maintain sales records and prepare regular reports on performance and forecasts.
Attend meetings, conferences, and industry events to promote the company.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and target-driven.
Knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
