Business Development Executive Influencer Marketing

You will be responsible for prospecting and engaging with direct brands in the finance, fintech, and lifestyle space to convert briefs into high-impact influencer campaigns. Additionally, you will build and manage a strong pipeline of brand partnerships, from outreach and negotiation to closing deals. Your role will involve owning and delivering on monthly revenue targets through successful conversions and renewals. You will be expected to design innovative, data-backed influencer marketing solutions tailored to brand goals and creators" audience insights. Identifying opportunities for upsells, cross-sells, and long-term partnerships with existing clients will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Collaboration with the creative, content, and operations teams will be necessary to ensure seamless campaign execution. Moreover, you will need to track and optimize campaign ROI using analytics to drive better results and client retention. What We're Looking For: - Strong background in business development, client servicing, or brand partnerships, ideally within marketing, media, or influencer ecosystems. - Proven ability to build relationships and drive revenue through strategic collaborations. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Minimum 1 Year of Work Experience. - Prior exposure to lifestyle & fintech brands is a plus.
